Eighteen more recoveries, two new COVID-19 cases in Saskatchewan

The Saskatchewan Government says their latest 24-hour update indicates less than 100 active reported cases of COVID-19 in the province.

As of April 15th, eighteen more people have recovered from the disease, with two new cases being verified. This brings total recoveries up to 205 out of 304 confirmed. There are still seven people in hospital, all receiving inpatient care.

In the North Zone, which houses the Lloydminster area, confirmed active cases sit at 13, with 44 recoveries.

Even with the declining numbers, the province is urging people and businesses to keep up healthy habits, physical distancing and cleaning routines.

Across Saskatchewan, 20,907 COVID-19 have been performed with 19,714 negative results.
