Four Bobcats to compete for spots on Team Canada West in World Junior A Challenge

Four Lloydminster Bobcats will be heading to Team Canada West’s selection camp for the World Junior A Challenge.

Defenceman Cole Josefchak and forwards Noah Bauld, Troy Van Tetering and Evan Tschumi will be competing for spots on the 22-man roster when selection camp opens in Leduc on Saturday, December 5.

Sixty players from leagues all across Western Canada will be in attendance, including the Alberta Junior Hockey League, the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League, the British Columbia Hockey League, the Manitoba Junior Hockey League and the Superior International Junior Hockey League.

The World Junior A Challenge will start Sunday, December 13, in Wellington and Trenton, Ontario.
