LRHF receives Cancer Ward donation from Cutter Rally

The Lloydminster Regional Health Foundation is getting a hand from the Cutter Rally.

At a phyiscally-distanced cheque presentation, Cutter Rally chairperson Della Wyst announced the February 29th event had raised over $14,300 dollars for the LRHF, which is one of the largest donations the organization has been able to provide in their history.

The funding will go towards the Lloydminster Hospital’s renovations of the chemotherapy ward, a project that had been put on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

LRHF CEO Malcolm Radke says that they’re not only grateful for the funding, but the focus and attention that the Cutter Rally brings to health care.

To date, over the 16 years the Cutter Rally for Cancer has existed, they’ve made over $130,000 in donations around the community.
