Five new cases, thirteen COVID recoveries in Saskatchewan

The latest twenty-four-hour report from the Saskatchewan Government shows five new COVID cases around the province.

Four cases are in the La Loche area, and the fifth is in Regina. This brings active case numbers to 178 out of 582 reported cases. Over 68 per cent, or 398 total COVID-19 cases have recovered. In the North Zone, there are 21 active cases and 84 recoveries.

Ten people are inpatients in hospital, with three being in the north, three in Saskatoon and one in Regina.

COVID-19 testing numbers are at 38,728, of which 35,087 are confirmed negative. Two inconclusive results are currently being retested.
