Prince Albert police lay murder charge in death of Dylan Chretien

Prince Albert police have arrested a suspect in connection to the murder of Dylan Chretien.

The 30-year-old Chretien, who was from Lloydminster, was last seen on October 27, 2019. Human remains were found outside Prince Albert on December 4th, which an autopsy later confirmed was him. Police have not made a cause of death public, however, they have ruled Chretien’s death as a homicide.

On June 10th, 2020, a 33-year-old man, whose name has also not been released, was charged with alleged second-degree murder. He is in custody and set to appear in court over the phone on June 11th.

The Prince Albert Police Service says the investigation is ongoing.
