Lloydminster is set to begin another road project next week.
Starting Tuesday, June 16th, weather permitting, the City and ASL Paving crews will be doing warranty work on 44th Street at 62nd Avenue.
The turning bay will be blocked off for the duration of the project, but the City says that they will not need to divert traffic and interruptions to traffic flow will be minimal. The work is part of the 2018 Street Improvement project.
The City’s Roadway Services Department says they are also aware of the current conditions of the intersection and will be looking into rehabilitation options for it.
Drivers and pedestrians are cautioned to obey all marked signs and detours.
