Construction on Bud Miller All Seasons Park crosswalk near the entrance is set to start on June 29.
ASL Paving Ltd. will be reconfiguring the north-south crosswalk further away from College Drive which will allow driver to see pedestrians better and give them more time to react when turning into the park.
The existing trail will stay in place as crews work and park users are asked to keep their distance from the construction zone.
