SHA warning of possible COVID-19 exposure in Cut Knife

The Saskatchewan Health Authority is warning that a person who tested positive for COVID-19 visited a Cut Knife restaurant while possibly infectious.

Health officials say the warning applies to people who visited the Country Roads Motor Inn’s dining area over the span of July 13th to 16th, between noon and 1PM on each of those days.

If someone visited there on those days, at those times, they are told to monitor for COVID-19 symptoms, and should these symptoms develop, to self isolate for 14 days. The SHA has also opened universal COVID-19 testing, which anyone can arrange for by calling HealthLink 811.

The SHA adds that this warning is being put out as a precaution to make the people who may have visited the business during these times aware of a possible risk.

People looking for more information on COVID-19 symptoms, health guidelines and testing information are encouraged to visit the Government  of Saskatchewan’s website.
