Woman accused of second degree murder has case adjourned

A 49-year-old woman charged with second degree murder of a 51-year-old man had her case adjourned to September 28th.

Elaine Behm has been remanded until her next appearance in Lloydminster Provincial Court. She faces second degree murder charges in connection to the death of Darren Behm. The Alberta RCMP Major Crimes Unit’s investigation lead them to arrest and charge Behm.

The allegations against the accused have not been proven in court.
