Some Lloydminster Bandits players exposed to COVID-19, team says

The Lloydminster Junior B Bandits have put out a statement that says some players have been exposed to a positive COVID-19 case.

The players were exposed, the team says, on October 17th. Taking direction from the Saskatchewan Public Health Authority and Hockey Alberta, all players on the team have been placed in a full 14-day quarantine.

The team executive writing the statement explains the health of their players and the safety of the community are of paramount importance, and as such, they have taken steps to prevent transmission of the virus further.

All Bandits Hockey operations have been suspended until October 28th, 2020.
