New positive COVID-19 cases have been found in individuals at the E.S Laird School community.
In information sent out by the Lloydminster Public School Division, they confirmed the case, and say contact tracing has begun. The school community has been notified, as well as the specific classrooms.
To protect privacy, the LPSD says no more details about these specific cases will be released, however they will provide more information to parents and the community when it is available.
In the meantime, people are told to continue healthy practices such as performing daily health checks, stay home if sick, following good hygiene and contacting Healthlink 811 for testing should symptoms present themselves.
