The Lloydminster Catholic School Division has confirmed a second COVID-19 case at St. Joseph’s Elementary School.

The first case was confirmed on November 8th, and contact tracing has been underway since then by the Saskatchewan Health Authority and Public Health.

Further information has been provided to the school community and people determined to be close contacts. In the mean time, people are reminded to follow healthy habits such as monitoring illness or COVID-19 symptoms, and staying home if sick.

The LCSD also says to call HealthLine 811 if they or someone they know shows COVID-19 symptoms.

The division will provide any more information needed on November 16th, after the fall break ends.
