LPSD confirms COVID-19 case at Barr Colony School, no changes to operations

The Lloydminster Public School Division is confirming a COVID-19 case at Barr Colony School.

The school board says they were made aware of the case November 20th by the Saskatchewan Health Authority,  and that it was “impacting an individual at Barr Colony School in Lloydminster.”

According to their information, the student did not come to school ever while infectious, and will not be returning to school until advised by Public Health.

The LPSD adds that while there will be no changes to day to day operations at the school because of this, they have given the information to the public in order to be transparent and communicate the information when it was available.

The decision was made by the LPSD and Barr Colony School Administration.
