Environment Canada has issued a wind warning for Lloydminster and area.
The warning has been issued because strong westerly winds with gust to 90 km/h are expected this morning.
Damage to buildings, such as to roof shingles and windows, may occur, Environment Canada says. They add loose objects may be tossed by the wind and cause injury or damage.
Winds are expected to weaken this afternoon.
