One employee at the Lloydminster Real Canadian Superstore has tested positive for COVID-19.
According to the Loblaw Companies Ltd. website, the parent company of Real Canadian Superstore, the employee last worked on December 19. The exposure notification was listed on December 23.
The company notes three team members at the Lloyd Mall Shoppers Drug Mart tested positive on December 19. The last days they worked were December 9 and 11.
“In these cases, we work closely with public health and follow their guidance to ensure proper notification of close contacts and required cleaning and sanitization in our stores,” the website says.
The website is updated regularly by province and for transparency reasons the company shows positive cases in the past 15 days. They say they will not release any personal information in order to protect the privacy of their employees.
