Vermilion RCMP requests community feedback through mail or email

UPDATE: The deadline for feedback has been extended to March 3rd.

Vermilion RCMP is asking residents to send in their thoughts and concerns to them via mail or email this year as they are unable to host their annual town hall meetings due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The detachment would usually host meetings in Vermilion, Clandonald, Derwent, Mannville, Minburn and Innisfree with locals from the surrounding areas providing some feedback to officers. Instead, residents are asked to send in their comments to Cpl. Mike Dunsmore with the detachment through either email or regular mail from February 3rd to the 17th.

Once the date closes, Cpl. Dunsmore will review all the comments and respond to the top 10 issues and publish them on the communities web pages and in mail outs.

“Thank you to everyone who participates and shares their input and insights in this consultation process as you are all valuable members of our communities,” says Cpl. Dunsmore.

Letters can be sent to:

5115 50 Avenue, Vermilion, AB T9X1A9
