City reminds residents what’s open, closed on Family Day Weekend

With the Holiday Monday coming up this weekend, the City is reminding people several City services will also be taking the extra day.

City Hall, the Bylaw Office, Operations Centre and front-facing services at the Lloydminster RCMP detachment will all be closed on the 15th.

People can still report safety, cleanliness, infrastructure issues and general maintenance using the Operations Centre’s online reporting tool.

People can still call the RCMP general line at 780-808-8400 or the Bylaw Office at 780-874-3710 to report concerns that way. In case of an emergency, call 911.

For recreation, the Bioclean Aquatic Centre is open Monday from Noon until 4:30 PM and the Servus Sports Centre 9 AM to 9 PM.

For both locations, sessions need to be booked on the both their pages on the City’s website. Child-minding will not be available.

While the Lloydminster Landfill will be closed that day, regular garbage collection will go ahead as normal.
