LPSD says COVID cases found at College Park, LCHS

The Lloydminster Public School Division says another COVID-19 case has been found at College Park School, requiring one classroom to self-isolate.

The case impacted a person in the Grade 6B class, and the Saskatchewan Health Authority says all students in that classroom have been identified as close contacts.

As such, SHA guidance says that classroom should begin self-isolating, the LPSD notes.

The case at Lloydminster Comprehensive High School was found in the cafeteria staff, but it was determined that no students were close contacts due to existing safeguards, therefore none of them need to self isolate.

The LPSD says communication has been shared with the affected people and the school communities.
