Minimum wage in Saskatchewan is on the move again as the province will see an increase to $11.81 effective October 1, 2021.
The province reviews minimum wage each year and a calculation is done using an indexed formula which gives equal weight to changes to the Consumer Price Index and Average Hourly Wage.
The current minimum wage is $11.45. The government says it is supporting both businesses and workers and has increased the minimum wage by 48 per cent since 2007.
