Second COVID-19 vaccine doses open to those over 60, those given first before March 29

Two more groups are eligible for their second doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, the Saskatchewan Health Authority announced Sunday.

As of 8AM on June 7th, the second vaccination will be opened up to those over the age of 60, and anyone who had been given their first dose before March 29th.

Once someone is eligible, they will be able to book their shot at any time, either online or over the phone at 1-833-SASK-VAX.

The eligibility is also open to those over 40+ in the Northern Saskatchewan Administration District, provided those people have met the 12-week minimum wait between doses.
