The Battlefords RCMP says four suspects have been charged after a drug bust at a home in the town of Battleford.
On June 5th, officers executed a search warrant at a home on the 300 block of 29 Street. The warrant was in connection to a traffic stop, during which the RCMP determined drugs were being allegedly sold from the home.
Half a pound of cocaine and half a pound of psilocybin, or magic mushrooms, were allegedly seized during the search. Two guns and $3,500 in cash was also taken in.
In addition, Swindler has been charged with possession of proceeds of crime. Morin also received additional charges of possession of psilocybin for the purpose of trafficking, possession of proceeds of crime under $5000, unauthorized possession of a firearm and unsafe storage of a firearm.
All four suspects have been released, and will next appear in North Battleford Provincial Court on September 7th.
