Multiple charged after RCMP report to assault complaint in Onion Lake

Following RCMP response to a report of assault on Monday, four men of Onion Lake Cree Nation have been charged.

27-year-old, Trevor Carter & 26-year-old, Loewen Wolfe are facing multiple charges, including aggravated assault, forcible confinement, uttering threats, committing an offence for the benefit of a criminal organizations, and assault with a weapon.

Both men were scheduled to appear in court this week as well as 46-year-old, Calvin Carter. Two suspects remain out on warrant: 25-year-old, Warren Littlewolfe, and 36-year-old, Gene Tyler Takakenew, have not yet been located by police.
