With Summer heat hitting the Fairgrounds at the Lloyd Ex, it’s just the right time for families to be out enjoying the Lloyd Fair.
Rocco Ostensoe and his family are in from Marsden to enjoy the food, visit the Trade Show and the check out the entertainment. He admits that coming out a pandemic, there is a lot to be thankful for.
“The fair is going pretty good. We thought there would be a lot of stuff, but I won’t complain too much. It’s better than nothing and so I’m very grateful for that.”
Ostensoe also would be checking out the animals and the various agriculture aspects at the Fair. One of the other attractions at the Fair is the Trade Show which has brought in several small businesses including one from Marsden.
“It’s very nice to see a local business of Marsden at the Fair. That local business is Bellezza Moda [Jewellery]. I was friends with one of the owner’s sons growing up.”
Ostensoe has just graduated from Neilberg High School and will be going to the University of Regina to further his studies in the Fall.
