The site of the former residential school near Delmas will be the focus of a penetrating radar search this weekend.
SNC Lavalin will conduct the work from 9 a.m. Saturday 17 and Sunday 18.
The Battlefords Agency Tribal Chiefs is inviting the public to attend. There will be a safe area for survivors to gather and counselling will be available onsite.
On both days there will be Smudging of the equipment, grounds & personnel from 8:30 a.m.
Soup & Bannock will be served from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
The meeting area will be at the Delmas Community Hall, 99 Street in Delmas.
