Brandon Baddock brings Memorial Cup to Vermilion

Brandon Baddock has brought the Memorial Cup home to Vermilion. The former Lloydminster Bobcat, who won the cup this year with the Edmonton Oil Kings of the WHL, was in Vermilion’s Chrysler dealership to show off the cup and sign autographs. Baddock is one of only three Vermilion natives to win the Memorial Cup. He said it was special to win the cup and do the town of Vermilion proud. Baddock spent one season in 2011-12 with the Bobcats before moving on to the WHL. In 41 games, he scored 2 goals and 1 assist, with 91 penalty minutes.
