Wainwright couple facing 13 criminal charges

Consort RCMP have recovered a large amount of stolen property.

Last week, RCMP responded to complaint of a suspicious vehicle in the Hemaruka area, which police located with 3 stolen Ford pickup trucks, a flat deck trailer, 2 license plates, a large quantity of illegal drugs, and various tools and other equipment.

Jason and Cindy Emter both of Wainwright face multiple charges:

Criminal Code – Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000 (Five Counts)
Criminal Code – Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 (Two Counts)
Criminal Code – Possession of Break In Instruments (Three Counts)
Controlled Drugs & Substances Act – Schedule I (Three Counts)
