North Battleford RCMP investigates firearm incident

The alleged firing of a gun at a home in North Battleford is engaging the attention of RCMP.

Yesterday September 1, at 11 a.m., RCMP got a report of a disturbance at a home on Panton Avenue.

When police got to the scene, they found suspected gunshots had been fired inside the home.

A 20-year old man was taken to hospital and treated for minor injuries and released.

Police say that unknown suspects fled the location. Officers say a white GMC Envoy SUV with an Alberta licence plate may be involved in the incident.
