Via video conference from North Battlefords Corrections, Joseph Sproull of Marshall appeared in Lloydminster Circuit Court Thursday September 23, for a show cause hearing.
According to court documents, Sproull is facing numerous charges related to alleged child pornography which the documents date as having occurred from August 26, 2020 to March 12, 2021.
Sproull is charged with one count each of alleged possession of child pornography and distribution of child pornography, as well as three counts each of sexual assault, sexual interference and making available child pornography.
The show cause hearing is scheduled to come up again September 27, at the Lloydminster Circuit Court.
