Lloydminster announces street closure

The City of Lloydminster has announced the closure of 36th street between 64th and 65th avenue. The closure will last until Thursday, while crews conduct road repairs. Work will also be done on the intersection of 36th street and 65th avenue, but at least one lane of northbound and southbound traffic will remain open. The work being done is the first part of the larger Street Improvement Program, which will include work on 47th avenue, 63rd avenue and 48 street over the coming weeks.
