Let’s Talk Policing runs until December 6th

The Let’s Talk Policing campaign is now on until December 6th as the Lloydminster RCMP wants to hear from residents about policing operations within the City.

Staff Sergeant Tom Cooke will respond to direct questions posted on the virtual platform available at YourVoiceLloyd.ca/RCMP.

The City indicates that the forum will allow for two-way discussions involving community members in a public online space. Residents without online access can call the City at 780-875-6184, Ext. 2322, to get a printed copy of the forum topics and submit their written questions to join the conversation.

The twice-yearly RCMP town hall meeting has moved to a virtual exchange to foster public safety in the midst of COVID-19 health concerns.

Gerry has lived in Lloydminster since winter 2010. That detail is important as coming from the Caribbean he did not see green grass until May. Now an Alberta/Western Canada resident, you would be hard-pressed to find a stronger proponent of Lloydminster than the news guy that appreciates a healthy dose of rock music and dress code leather. His mantra is focus on one thing and do it well.
