Saskatchewan RCMP continue efforts to find man wanted on Canada-wide warrant

Saskatchewan RCMP Federal Serious and Organized Crime North Unit (FSOC – North) is renewing its call for information on the whereabouts of Billy Glenold-Fleury wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.

According to RCMP, after an 18-month investigation, FSOC – North charged Billy Glenold-Fleury with alleged:

  • Trafficking persons
  • Material benefit from trafficking in persons
  • Withholding or destroying identity documents
  • Charges relating to Participating in the Activities of a Criminal Organization.

Investigators say Glenold-Fleury has ties to Saskatchewan, Quebec, Alberta and British Columbia.

Anyone with information on this matter is asked to contact their nearest police service. Information can also be submitted anonymously through Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).

Update

Police have also arrested three other men that they say are connected to this investigation.

Mali Jean was arrested February 25th in Burnaby, BC. He is due in Saskatoon Provincial Court March 28th.

Bechir Ben Salah was arrested in Laval, QC on January 12th. He will appear via CCTV in Saskatoon Provincial Court on March 23rd.

Kenny Jouthe turned himself into the Provincial Court of Saskatoon, October 6th, 2021 without incident. He will next appear in Saskatoon Provincial Court on March 15th.
