As seasonal demand ramps up, the City is resuming its weekly organics collection Monday April 4th.
There is an 80 per cent increase in organic waste during spring and summer, according to the City.
With over 8,300 Lloydminster properties on the curbside collection program, information, including zoning maps and collection schedule can be found on the City’s website.
Since 2013, the organic curbside collection has diverted over 26,000 tonnes of organic waste from the landfill, say officials.
