Lloydminster pair facing 34 charges

 

Following an investigation and search warrant, Lloydminster RCMP have recovered stolen property and charged two individuals.

On Wednesday, March 16th, the Lloydminster General Investigation Section executed a search warrant in the 44-hundred block of 32 Street. Police located many different stolen items, including a brand new dirt bike. Inside the residence there were also numerous credit cards and identification for persons not associated with the residence. Through the course of the investigation, police were able to connect property in the residence that had been purchased online with the stolen credit cards.

30-year-olds, Mark Moran, and Jamie Lynn Pierce, both of Lloydminster, are jointly charged with 17 counts of Possession of property obtained by crime.

Moran has also been charged with 16 additional charges including 3 counts of Break and Enter, Theft under $5000.00, Possession of a prohibited device, 3 counts of Disguise with intent, Removing a VIN, Possession of a controlled substance, 5 counts of Failing to comply, and Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.

And Pierce was also charged with one count of Failing to comply.
