Lloydminster man wins $100,000 on scratch ticket

A Lloydminster man has won a hefty sum of money playing scratch cards.

Last week, Lloydminster resident, David Gustavson, won $100,000 on a Set For Life Scratch ‘n’ Win ticket, for the tickets’ 15th anniversary.

“I like Set For Life because I’ve won a few smaller prizes on it before. But never anything like this.”

He went to get his ticket checked for confirmation right away. The delight winner also says he’s thinking of putting the money towards a down payment on a house.

Gustavson purchased his winning ticket at the 18th Street Gas Bar in Lloydminster.
