MS Society declares Cruising to End MS a success

The Lakeland Region of the MS Society of Canada has declared Cruisin to End MS Day a success. The day-long fundraiser was a partnership of the MS Society with A&W, where a dollar from every teen burger sold was donated to the MS Society. In Lloydminster, the MS Society also partnered with the Just Kruzin Car Club to put on a car show at A&W’s Cornerstone location.

Lakeland Regional Director of the MS Society Johanna Green says the side attractions earned around 600 dollars. While final numbers have yet to be tallied, she expects to reach the regional goal of 10 thousand dollars.
