The 116th Vermilion Fair has begun and will run until Saturday at the Ag Grounds.
The celebrations kicked off Thursday under the theme “Moo-ving Forward,” with a parade at Railway Avenue through Mainstreet ending at the hospital.
Fair-goers are also being encouraged to dress like it’s the 1980s for Thursday’s theme.
