Wainwright RCMP charge three suspects following home invasion

Police in Wainwright have charged three suspects following a home-invasion which they believe was targeted.

On Sept. 14, officers were called to a home invasion in the town in which they reported that a gun was involved.

Investigators determined that three suspects were involved and two of them were known to the victim. The suspects left in the victim’s vehicle, say police. Wainwright RCMP notified area detachments of the incident.

The following day, Kitscoty RCMP saw the suspect vehicle at a home in the Paradise Valley area. They report at least one of the suspects was inside the vehicle.
