Lloydminster RCMP continue to investigate fatal collision near airport

Lloydminster RCMP are continuing to investigate a fatal collision in which a resident of Kerrobert, Sask., was located deceased.

On Friday June 23, 2023, at 1:34 p.m., Lloydminster RCMP were called to a two vehicle collision at the intersection of 67th Avenue and 75th Street in Lloydminster.

Investigators state that a Jeep Cherokee was traveling northbound on 75th Street and failed to stop at the posted stop sign. A Semi traveling eastbound on 67th Avenue collided with the Jeep.

The driver of the Jeep who has been identified as a 30-year-old resident of Kerrobert was found deceased at the scene. The driver of the semi was not injured.

The RCMP collision reconstructionist attended, and roads were closed as investigators worked at the scene.
