Circle the date as the Bordertown Toy Run is coming up on Sep. 9.
Organized by the local Harley Owners’ Group, the charity which is now in its 12th year raises some welcome cash for area non-profits.
Last year eight groups received cash injections from the $69,066.32 raised from the group’s bike ride and toy drive, including the Goat’s Christmas Wish.
Funds raised this year will go to four Lloydminster charities including Big Brothers & Big Sisters, KidSport, Lloydminster Community Youth Center and Lloydminster Sexual Assault Services.
