Another step forward for community health as the SHA and community partners host another Community Health Assessment session.
On Oct. 24 from 1:00 – 3:30 p.m., organizers will transform the hallway at the SHA (Prairie North) Plaza into a thoroughfare of health and wellness services and information.
Attendees will be able to book appointments for certain services and speak with professionals from the SHA and other community agencies.
To get attendees moving, STRIDES will lead a 10-15 minute stretching exercise together with the SHA and community partners at 2:00 p.m.
There will be refreshments and other giveaways.
