UPDATE: Missing woman located safe, Lloydminster RCMP

UPDATE: Angela Marie Cardinal has been located safe, say Lloydminster RCMP.

Lloydminster, Alta. – Lloydminster RCMP are seeking public assistance in locating 29-year-old, Poundmaker First Nation resident Angela Marie Cardinal. Angela was last seen on Nov. 20, 2023 at the Gold Horse Casino in Lloydminster. There is concern for her wellbeing.

Angela Marie Cardinal is described as:

  • 5’6” tall
  • 185 pounds
  • Long brown hair
  • Brown eyes
  • Tattoo of 3 stars on right shoulder
  • Tattoo of ring on left finger
