The lake at Bud Miller All Seasons Park in Lloydminster is open for skating. The park is open from 7 a.m.-11 p.m. for recreation. However, there’s not enough snow for tobogganing.
Recreation planners advise staying clear of the other retention ponds in the city this winter and making sure that children and pets remain at a safe distance.
If someone falls through the ice, do not go on the ice to attempt a rescue. Please call 911 right away for help.
