Lloydminster RCMP are looking for a person of interest in a sexual assault case. On August 19th, a 41-year-old woman was sexually assaulted on 48th avenue near the train tracks, by a tall, skinny man who concealed his face. Police have seized surveillance video of the area, and found footage of a man riding a yellow bike in the area around the time of the assault. The police believe this man was a witness or has information that will help the investigation, and are asking him to come forward. The RCMP have seized what they believe to be the bike in the video, and are currently dusting it for prints and testing for DNA. Lloydminster RCMP Constable Grant Kirzinger said, in a press release, that he is confident that they will discover the identity of the man in the video.
