Saskatchewan teachers in some parts of the province will be holding rotating strikes on Thursday, Feb. 1, however, Lloydminster schools will not be affected.
A letter to parents from the Lloydminster Public School Division states that its schools will be up and running on Thursday. Also, on Wednesday, Jan. 31, there will be no school as teachers have a day for scheduled professional development.
The Saskatchewan Teachers’ Union, STF on its website indicates which schools will be involved in its third job action to press the government to make commitments on class sizes and complexity issues.
