Heavy snow is expected on Sunday, with total amounts of 10 to 20 cm.
Snow will begin in western Alberta tonight and spread east on Sunday. The heaviest snow will fall on Sunday night.
Some areas west of Edmonton may see locally higher snowfall amounts of up to 25 cm.
Snow will taper off through the day on Monday. Rapidly accumulating snow could make travel difficult over some locations. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow. Prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions.
