Heavy snow is expected this weekend, with total amounts of 15 to 25 cm. Heavy snow will begin this morning south of Highway 16 and spread north this afternoon.
The snow will continue through Sunday. Some areas may also see locally poor visibility due to blowing snow today and tonight. Snow will taper off Monday morning.
Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow. Prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions.
