Lakeland College has named Georgina Altman Vice-President of Advancement. Altman will oversee fund development, alumni relations, communications and enterprise services. She replaces Phil Allen, who retired August 15th. Prior to joining Lakeland, Altman has served as the executive director and CEO of Lloydminster Regional Health Services from 2000 to 2013. During her tenure, revenue grew by 3 million dollars. President of Lakeland College, Dr. Tracy Edwards says Altman’s background in fundraising and familiarity with the college make her a perfect fit for the job.
