Drivers using 40 Avenue North on Saturday, May 4 will need an alternate route as CN Rail will lead upgrades at the railway crossing between 47 and 52 Streets.
The City of Lloydminster says the railway crossing will close for maintenance from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, weather permitting.
During the maintenance project, there will be no access to thru traffic at the crossing which is just north of the Driven Energy Legion Ball Park.
Motorists are advised to follow the detour signs and to drive courteously.
