The project aims to offer hands-on learning opportunities as it engages students in creating an automated system for classroom plants that measures moisture levels and waters the plants as needed. The project uses coding and technology, and teaches important sustainability and resource management lessons.
Officials at the high school are sharing their excitement as they bring the project online and offer students innovative learning experiences that bridge science, technology, and environmental stewardship, empowering them to think critically about real-world problems and develop sustainable solutions.
