Onion Lake RCMP Seeking Jamal Kakum

UPDATE: Jamal Kakum has been located safe, say Onion Lake RCMP.

Onion Lake RCMP is asking the public for help to locate 13-year-old, Jamal Kakum from Onion Lake Cree Nation.

Jamal Kakum was last seen at a residence on Onion Lake Cree Nation at approximately 10:30 a.m. on July 31, 2024. Since receiving the report, Onion Lake RCMP have been checking places Jamal Kakum is known to visit and following up on information received. They are now asking members of the public to report any information they may have on Jamal Kakum’s whereabouts.

Jamal Kakum is described as approximately 5’9” tall and approximately 160 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black sweater with a white t-shirt underneath.
